Will school bus routes be cut back in Beaver county? Maybe!

Three school bus routes in the Battle River School Division (BRSD), plus one express run, are being considered for elimination.

    According to Diane Hutchinson, Communications Coordinator, with BRSD, each year at this time the Transportation Department reviews routes based on what is known about enrollment for the coming year.

    She said the routes are examined weighing the number of  students who will start and finish school,  and based on those numbers, routes are redesigned.
