JANUARY 21ST – 27TH
On January 21st, police attended the scene of a break and enter at a local business in Viking. The investigation into this crime is ongoing.
On Jan. 9, police re-sponded to a single vehicle collision at a local gas station in Viking.
A semi-tractor unit attempted to fill up at the pumps and collided with the awing covering the pumps causing damage to the structure as well as the semi-tractor.
On October 15th police received complaints of a suspicious male, who appeared to be confused.
The 41 year old male was located and was noted to not be wearing any shoes.
He was transported to Viking Health Center for an assessment and later transported to Alberta Hospital Ponoka for further assessment.
