With the Oct. 21 municipal election drawing near, residents are reminded of the two candidate forums taking place this week.

On Sept. 30, police responded to a two- vehicle collision at the intersection of Highways 14 and 36.

On Sept. 23, police received a complaint of an abandoned vehicle parked on the lawn in front of a local business. The registered owner was spoken to and he advised he would move the vehicle by the next day.
