$300,000 from Beaver Municipal Solutions to be shared
The amount of money Viking may receive is still undecided but if the Minister of Municipal Affairs approves a request from Beaver Municipal Solutions, a total of $300,000 will be released and dispersed to member municipalities of which Viking is one.

On February 18th, police received a complaint of a possible fraud attempt.
The complainant ad-vised she received a phone call from an unknown subject who advised her she could make some extra money if she had access to the Internet and an email address.
