Ambassadors named

Those inducted from the Viking area included Mayor Marlene Grandinetti, Deputy Mayor Tim Doering, Lynn and Andrew Sorenson, Yogi Miskew and Arnold Hanson.

The launch of the Battle River Alliance for Economic Development (BRAED) Ambassador Program will took place at the Strome Community Centre on Thursday, Feb. 23.

The event saw the first group of Ambassadors inducted by Bud James, Chair of the BRAED Regional Alliance.

Each new Ambassador is asked to helpl  promote the region as a place to invest, and to start and grow a business.
