Viking resident Kent Hafso was surprised “hugely,” as he put it, when informed that he had won a $25,000 ATV/trailer package after entering a contest at AG Foods.
Richard Sims, Viking AG owner, along with his family and staff, presented Hafso with the 2020 Yamaha Wolverine X4 EPS SE and trailer Friday afternoon.
“Viking is a lucky location,” said Richard. That’s because it was only three months after taking over the store Dec. 1, 2016, that Viking customer Janet Nordstrom won free groceries for a year in the 2017 provincial contest for the brand.
Now three years later, Kent Hafso has won the “Wheel Into Summer” grand prize when his name was drawn June 19 in Calgary by AG officials.
“I’ve hardly won anything in my life,” said winner Kent Hafso.
