WORD ON THE STREET: Viking RCMP report
On June 20, police received a complaint from a citizen regarding dogs being neglected by their owner. The caller was referred to the SPCA for follow up.

On June 21, police received a complaint of a CN crossing gate being damaged near Viking. CN police were contacted and the damage was repaired by their employees.
Later that morning, police received a complaint of a theft of gas from a rural location northeast of Viking.
The complainant advised someone attended his property and stole fuel from a tank in the back of his truck. Police have no suspects at this time.
