Remembrance Day winners from Viking Legion

Members of the Royal Canadian Legion presented the Viking School students whose Remembrance Day posters, poems, and essays won prizes at the District Level. After coming in the top two places in the Viking contest, the students’ work was sent to the District Contest where six students won once again. Three of these works were sent to the Alberta/Northwest Territories contest, but did not move on from there. For more see the June 21/16 Weekly Review
