Cloverlodge Stampede braves inclement weather
This past weekend the 37th annual Cloverlodge Stampede took place.
Cloudy skies and rainy weather did not deter the stampede’s kick-off on Saturday evening, and cowboys and cowgirls battled through the mud and the muck in the rodeo events of the evening.
Though the crowd turnout was smaller than years past, those in attendance braved the weather as well to cheer on the competitors and, as for the younger members of the audience, the rain did not dampen spirits of those enjoying the inflatable, bouncy slide.
