Word on the Street: Viking RCMP reports theft complaints

On March 14, police received a complaint of a theft from a business yard. The business owner identified what was taken, this matter is still under investigation.

That same day, police received a complaint of stolen property from a rural residence. Police attended the location and examined the scene. This matter is still under investigation.

Later that afternoon, police responded to a complaint of mischief to a yard.

Police attended the scene and determined that it appeared a vehicle had backed over a side walk in an attempt to turn around on a dead end road and sunk into the complainant’s garden.

The damage did not appear to be deliberate.
