IRMA ACES ELIMINATED FROM PLAYOFFS BY HUGHENDEN

The Irma Aces travelled to Hughenden on Saturday, March 19, for game four in the playoff series against the Jets.

The first three games of the series were tight, with each being decided by a single goal. Games one and two both went into overtime, with each team fighting hard to come out on top.

The series sat at 2-1 for the Jets heading into Saturday’s game.

The Aces were eliminated from the East Central Senior Hockey League (ECSHL) with a loss, scoring two goals to Hughenden’s four.
