Word on the Street: Viking RCMP report
On Jan. 25, police received a complaint of mischief at a local business. The complainant advised a customer continues to bring his dog into the business even though he had been advised not to.
Police spoke with the customer and the situation was resolved without charges.
That afternoon, police received a complaint of a person driving while suspended.
The caller advised the person in question was currently driving through the Viking area on her way to Ontario. A patrol was made however the vehicle in question was not located.
Viking members passed the information on to Wainwright RCMP who were able to intercept the vehicle and issued a violation ticket for the offence.
