BRUCE HOTEL NAMED FINALIST FOR ALBERTA’S BEST BARBECUE

  The Bruce Hotel has been named a finalist for Alberta Venture’s “Alberta’s Best BBQ” contest.

    The online magazine says, “In the July 2015 edition of Alberta Venture, we asked the experts — chefs, restaurant owners, bloggers — where they go when they’re hankerin’ for barbecue.

But to find the true champion of Alberta barbecue, we’re turning to you, Alberta. After all, there is no greater expert than the hive mind.

    “So, over the course of the next few weeks, we’ll be hosting an online NBA-bracket-style competition between some of the most prized barbecue restaurants and steakhouses. You, Albertans, will judge the winner.
