Word on the Street: Viking RMCP report

    On Nov. 3, a citizen contacted police with concerns regarding an individual who he believed had taken too many prescription medications and may possibly be overdosing.

    Police attended the location and determined the subject in question needed medical attention. An ambulance was dispatched and the individual was transported to the Viking Health Centre for treatment.

    On Nov. 4, police received a complaint of a break, enter and theft that had occurred at a business in Kinsella. This matter is still under investigation.

    That afternoon, police received another complaint of a theft at a lease site in the Kinsella area.

    The complainant advised a large amount of methanol had been stolen. 
    This matter is also still under investigation.
