New Doctor welcomed to Viking Medical Clinic

    Viking Medical Clinic recently welcomed a new family physician to its staff.

    Dr. Darren Hallett, originally from South Africa, has relocated to Viking with his wife Nataisa.

    The couple arrived in Canada on June 2 of this year.

    Dr. Hallett had to complete his assessment to become fully registered in Canada which he completed in Two Hills, making  the official start date at the Viking Medical Clinic Sept. 12.

    Dr. Hallett started with the PCN in July as Program Planner with particular emphasis on Chronic Disease Management and complex care program.
