WORD ON THE STREET: Viking RCMP report
On May 19th, police responded to a two vehicle motor vehicle collision.
A vehicle travelling behind a semi which was indicating a left hand turn was rear ended by a vehicle also travelling the same direction.
The driver of the vehicle was charged with following too closely, failing to provide insurance and driving with an expired licence plate.

On May 20th, police received a complaint of uttering threats. The complainant attended a local business and was approached by an employee who became verbally aggressive towards the complainant. Further investigation revealed that there was no actual threat during the altercation and no charges were laid.
