Skating Carnival draws near

Despite the recent resignation of Head Coach Jackie Harray, plans for the Viking Figure Skating Club’s annual winter carnival are on track and the skaters are busy honing their routines  for the Sunday, March 2 show at the Viking Carena Complex.

    The Skating Club Board has taken on the responsibility of organizing the carnival and the skaters are busy working on their routines.

    The theme of this year’s carnival is “2014 Oscars Anniversary Show” and is being advertised as “a red carpet event” highlighting the top movies of today and those from years past.
