Former Viking CAO Krips accepts post at Town of Daysland

Former Viking Chief Administrative Officer (CAO), Rod Krips officially accepted the position of Acting CAO for Daysland at the regular council meeting of the Daysland Town Council on Tuesday, Jan. 28.

At the beginning of the Daysland Town Council meeting on the evening of Jan. 28, Mayor Gail Watts introduced interim CAO Rod Krips to the gallery saying, “I am really pleased to welcome Rod Krips. He will be our acting CAO for the next six months.”

At the end of his first report to council, the council members expressed their appreciation for the Acting CAO’s report and presentation of business items, to which  Acting CAO Krips told the council members, “I want to sincerely thank Daysland Town Council for giving me the opportunity to work with you.”
