Encounters With Canada is Canada’s largest youth forum offered to teens from all across the country, for teens aged 14-17.

Encounters offers an amazing, once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for teens to travel to Ottawa, and learn about various career options, meet friends from all over Canada, and learn more about our country.

    Many theme weeks are offered throughout the school year, including Medicine and Health, Canada Remembers, Law, and Ecology and Environment. Lasting only one week, Encounters helps teens to create friendships and memories that will last forever.

    On Nov. 10, I arrived in Ottawa, having successfully travelled alone for the first time in my life.
