2.5% tax increase for Village of Holden ratepayers

At the regular Holden council meeting  on June 17, Deputy Mayor Bernie Marko chaired the meeting as Mayor Christine Mackay was absent.

Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) Katherine Whiteside clarified an entry on the cash statement from the previous meeting and reported that tax notices official mail date is June 25.

Much like Viking’s tax increase, Holden’s average bottom-line tax increase this year is 2.5 per cent.
