No strike for Viking’s Extendicare

    The Alberta Union of Provincial Employees (AUPE) officials have applied for a strike vote for hundreds of employees at various Extendicare facilities across the province excluding the Viking facility.

    The Viking Extendicare facility falls under the Canadian Union of Public Employees (CUPE) which is not included in the possible AUPE strike.
