Students part of Yellow Day
Staff and Students wore yellow on Monday, April 15 to show their support for Renaye Wade of Mundare, Alberta, who was involved in a vehicle accident that occurred one month ago on March 15 on the Yellowhead Highway and 170 street Edmonton.
Renaye has been in a comatose state since the accident. Her family has been spreading the idea of Yellow Day and encouraging people to help support Renaye in her struggle.
Renaye’s story has even been shared on Edmonton’s Global News. The inspiration for the colour yellow came from Renaye’s brother Adam, since it is Renaye’s favorite colour.
