Regional Water Services Commission update

  Highway 14 Regional Water Services Commission  has eliminated the accumulated deficit and says there will be no increase in its operating budget this year. 

    In a press release issued Wednesday, April 24, the Commission announced that after a successful 2012 audit, conducted by Yaremchuk & Annicchiarico LLP Chartered Accountants, the accumulated deficit has been eliminated.

    The release states that the Commission was able to commence building of reserve funds for future projects and is now operating in a sound positive financial position.
