Free CPR session well attended
At total of 45 local residents attended the free
Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and Automated External Defibrillators (AED) training session on April 20 at the fire hall.
Kyle Swiminar Pre-sident of the Fire Department Society and Training Officer, said he was very pleased with the turnout and thanked everyone for coming out.
Resuscitation program manager for the Heart and Stroke Foundation Mike Hoffman, explained the basics of CPR through an informational video as well as hands on training.
