Lutefisk Supper well attended at Bruce

The Bruce Community Centre was packed  Saturday, Nov. 24 with guests turning out to take part in the Lutefisk Supper sponsored by the Bruce Stampede Association.

    Cocktails were followed by a buffet dinner  which included a variety of foods such as the popular Scandinavian dish Lutefisk served with melted butter.

    An array of salads was accompanied by a number of traditional Scan-dinavian dishes such as Swedish meatballs, flatbread, Krum kaka, rosettes, rice pudding, fruit soup and cream puffs.

    There was also Can-adian dishes such as pork loin available for those who do not have an adventurous palette.

    Entertainment offered by Tenor Power and special guests, Ole & Sven, (Kent Hafso and Alvin Sorenson), followed the dinner.
