The Viking Vixens Senior girls basketball team won a spot in Provincials this weekend at Ryley. The team first earned its spot in Zones by taking first place in the Zone Qualifying Tournament in Bentley on March 3. During Zones the team defeated the St. Augustine Queens from Pononka and the Caroline Cougars and lost to the Daysland Darls. Provincials will be held in Pincher Creek on March 15-17.
