Concern voiced for Viking Farmers Market

The Viking Farmers’ Market Market Manager is concerned for the future of the popular market.

    In announcing the March 15 start of the 2012 Farmers’ Market season Market Manager Evelyn Payne said she is worried that without more participants coming forward, the market may cease to operate.

    “Our general meeting will take place before the   opening of the first market, at 1 p.m. on Thursday, March 15.
