REPTILES AT VIKING SCHOOL
Anyone in Viking School with a fear of snakes or reptiles stayed away from the drama room on Wed, Feb. 8. It was here Dean Harper of Olds, Alberta was visiting with his large collection of reptiles.
Harper is from a company he started called Wrappin About Reptiles.
According to the website, Wrappin About Reptiles, “gives the public of all ages a chance to see reptiles up close and personal, and to be educated about them. To see why they are important to the ecosystem and why we should not fear; but respect them.”
Personally Harper said he has a variety of reptiles including snakes that range from the small garter snake to large dangerous pythons. He also has many lizards, turtles, and other interesting creatures.
