Ellen Lefsrud new chairperson   

 Ellen Lefsrud has agreed to take on the challenge of heading up the 2012 Vikings in the Streets Festival Committee .

    She was appointed chairperson by the Viking Community Foundation board at a meeting last week.

     Planning is well underway for this year’s festival which is set for Saturday and Sunday, June 22 and 23.
