Candidacy announced

Following the recent announcement by Lloyd Snelgrove that he will not seek re-election, Dr. Richard Starke said he will seek the nomination for the PC Party  for the Vermilion-Lloydminster constituency.

In announcing his candidacy, Dr. Starke noted, “I have always been keenly interested in the political process.

I consider it a responsibility of citizenship.

People around the world are fighting, and dying, for the freedoms we enjoy and too often take for granted. Vibrant political discourse is the lifeblood of our democracy.

I would be honoured to serve as the elected representative in our provincial legislature for our area, which has been home to our family since 1983.”
