Town installs ‘smart’ meters

If you are thinking your Viking October water bill is late in hitting your mail box, you are right.
The town’s public works is busy changing all water meters into what have been dubbed “smart” meters and, as a result, the October utility bills  which will be issued under the new system are still in the process of being compiled.
