On March 27 police responded to a traffic complaint.  The vehicle in question was traveling down the highway with the hood of the vehicle up.

Members located the vehicle which was hauling a trailer and spoke with the driver who stated that the truck was over heating and that was the reason he was driving with the hood up.  The 76-year old male was issued a violation ticket for operating a trailer with no registration.  He was also issued a written warning for driving a trailer without licence plates properly displayed, failing to provide valid insurance, driving a motor vehicle when unsafe due to obscured view through windshield and improper disposal of waste on a highway.
