On Friday March 2 students at Viking School were given the opportunity to throw a pie at a number of their teachers in an effort to raise money for breast cancer. Throughout the week students had the opportunity to purchase a ticket which was then entered in a draw. When a student’s name was drawn they were given a pie to throw at a participating teacher of their choice. Overall student council members said they raised around $50 selling tickets.
