Irma 4-H member is “Proud to Bee a 4-H’er”: Voting deadline Nov. 30

4h-colton-skori Colton Skori, a Viking School Grade 7 student and member of the Irma 4-H Club is “Proud to Bee a 4-H’er,” and he has entered a contest to prove it. Now, he’s looking for supporters to vote for him in order to win prizes for his club.

The contest ends on Nov. 30, meaning there is only one day left.

The contest is sponsored by 4-H Canada and Syngenta. Syngenta is an agriculture research company dedicated to “bringing plant potential to life.” Their website states that they have products in seeds, crop protection, flowers, and beneficial insects (which explains the “Bee” in the contest title).

In order to enter the contest, Colton, who has been taking part in 4-H for four years now, said he had to create a 45 second video explaining why he was “Proud to Bee a 4-H’er.”
