MANY ENJOY FAMILY DAY CELEBRATIONS

Monday’s Family Fun Day was a successful event according to organizers. The event which was held at the Multiplex saw dozens of families take the opportunity to spend a fun day enjoying a variety of activities.

The weather was very mild making it pleasant for area residents to come out and be part of the day.

The children were given the opportunity to have their faces painted and take part in a variety of crafts such as making egg carton caterpillars and similar fun art projects.

This year, for the first time, organizers arranged for all ages to take to the curling sheets and try their hand at curling
