CONDITIONING HOCKEY CAMP GIVEN VIKING COUNCIL SUPPORT

Although Viking Minor Hockey has a number of decisions to make before it is finalized, from all appearances there will be a hockey conditioning camp in Viking this summer.

At the regular town council meeting which took place on Monday, Feb. 15, Family Day, council confirmed with President of Viking Minor Hockey, Randy Arndt, that the town will give its full support to a planned conditioning camp.

Arndt said Viking Minor Hockey members have been discussing the possibility of a conditioning camp for a couple of months now and he is very pleased to get the support of the town.

Arndt said, Viking Minor Hockey members will meet later this week to decide if the organization is able to, “pull it all together” in such a short period of time.
