CONSIGNMENT STORE TOPS LIST OF HOLDEN COUNCIL TOPICS

Although Holden Council would like more information on a proposal to establish a charitable consignment store in the village, council members did express their willingness to work with those presenting the idea.

Elaine Cooper, Julianne Foster, and Gail Alger presented Holden Council with a proposal for a charitable consignment store during the regular council meeting Monday, Nov. 16.

It was explained that the proposed project is in consultation with  Family and Community Support Services (FCSS).

The group asked council for its help in obtaining space for the store. It was suggested that  the front of the Village Garage would be a suitable location.
