Dale Bayliss is a Paramedic /Trainer with Beaver EMS as well as an ICU RN at Wetaskiwin Hospital, and he is currently on a mission to bring recognition to Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) for EMS workers.

He says, “Over the last 30 years I have seen many tragedies and many more deaths with suffering of patients, families and significant others over my career then I can even try to want to count.

Bayliss says of his co-workers, “We get so involved in helping others we forget about ourselves or our own personal health.”
