IRMA SCHOOL DRAMA SKETCH NIGHT A SUCCESS

Irma Drama Sketch Night

On Wednesday, May 13, members of the Irma community were welcomed to enjoy a drama sketch night hosted by some of Irma School’s Grade 7, 8, and 9 students.

The evening of entertainment included a variety of skits, one even written by Irma student Katie McKee.

And, a special performance was included in the mix. Upon entering the school gym, guests had been invited to enter a free “surprise” draw. Then, later in the evening, Mistresses of Ceremony Viki Challenger and Chenelle Tomlyn drew the winners. The good-natured audience members joined the students on stage and acted out a script as directed by their narrator. This brought on plenty of laughs and thundering applause from the audience.

All in all, the evening was a great success. Each skit was humorous and well-performed making for great entertainment.
