Outdoor School immerses students in out-of-doors

Viking recently played host to a group of students from an unique school in Saskatoon.

The Grade 11 students came from a type of system called the Outdoor School  (ODS).

ODS is a type of integrated school system where students study five subjects during one semester, all at the same time.

According to a brochure which describes this unique learning concept,   students of the Outdoor School Program are immersed in the out-of-doors as they complete five regular academic courses.
