CASARA DEMONSTRATES SEARCH AND RESCUE

Civil Air Search and Rescue Association (CASARA) hosted a Western Canada search and rescue exercise on Saturday, Aug. 23 with an estimated 80 to 100 members and 18 aircrafts from across the prairies, B.C. and the North West Territories taking part. The Viking Airport was one location at which a mock crash site was set up, complete with actors playing the role of crash victims.
