Word on the Street: Viking RCMP report

On July 15, police received a request for assistance regarding a child custody issue.  Police were unable to enforce the custody agreement that was in place due to it being too vague in nature.

    That night, police received a complaint of a break and enter at a residence in Viking.               
    Witnesses identified two suspects and both have been arrested and remanded in custody.  They have been charged with Section 348(1) (B) CC and  145 CC and will be appearing in Vegreville Provincial Court in July. 

    The stolen property was recovered and has been returned to the owners.
