Yuk Yuk’s on Tour keeps crowd laughing

The Viking Dance Club had its first Yuk Yuk’s on Tour fundraiser Saturday, Feb. 8 and the event had a “good turnout despite the other events going on in town,” according to event organizer Melissa Radford. She said the Dance Club is planning to host such an event each year.

The Dance Club had a total of 320 tickets to sell, and sold 250 before the night of the event.

The evening consisted of stand-up comedy by two Yuk Yuk’s comedians, men’s and women’s door prizes, two 50/50 draws, food, drinks and a DJ hosted dance.

The night started with door prizes being awarded and the first 50/50 draw being made.
