Successful fundraiser for typhoon victims

Flo Bascuric says she just cannot believe the kindness of the community following a very successful fundraising event on Nov. 24  which she and her friends hosted to send aid to families affected by a typhoon which hit the central Philippines early last month.

    Flo said the event was originally planned for the Seniors’s Centre in Kinsella  but had to be moved to the Kinsella Community Hall to accommodate all the guests.
